Represent the owner/tenant in all interactions with the design teams, the construction manager or general contractor and the construction trades.

Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on design approaches for technical subsystems

Assist in the identification of design gaps

Review technology infrastructure construction at key milestones

Assist the client and construction trades in making on-site adjustments for power and cabling based on unforeseen field conditions

Track project issues and risks

Attend client/vendor coordination meetings

Assist in the follow-up escalation and expediting of actions, issues and risks

Develop and maintain an Issues Log

Provide weekly status reports
